This grand Geelong icon has travelled a long way since 1912. She’s had many a facelift including a "nip and tuck"
in 1991 and as recently as 2009, a $4 Million renovation spearheaded by paparazzi kingpin Darryn Lyons.
This latest renovation has reaffirmed The Eureka Hotel as the heart and soul of Geelong's nightlife. Live music is a sensory experience with the latest generation of sound and lighting equipment, including its newest LED Screen on the Main Stage and retractable roofs which open to reveal panoramic rooftop terrace views across Geelong.
There's plenty of action for music lovers with Tame Impala, Bluejuice, Wolfmother, Grinspoon & Birds of Tokyo among the high-profile acts to grace the stage since 2009. Thursday nights at The Eureka are not to be missed with live bands & DJ Scotty D. Fridays see acoustic duo Andy & Steve perform along with DJ Jim Danza, plus happy hour drink promos from 5pm-12 midnight. Then finish off the week at The Eureka with Geelong's biggest social night with The People's Coverband "DRIVE" and Guest DJs over two levels!
The Eureka has not only been transformed into a modern live music venue, but also a foodies delight. The new lunch and dinner menu boasts fresh local produce offering something for everyone’s pallet.
